Pilot Ground Theory The content is based on the curriculum of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia CASA. In addition, the Hong Kong Aviation Development Unit is added to allow a better insight of the local aviation scene to increase their knowledge and prepare those who have aspirations to be a pilot. This course contains the following units: • Hong Kong Aviation Industry Development • Aviation General Knowledge • Aeronautical Radio Operation • Air Law • Aircraft Performance and Flight Preparation • Human Factors • Meteorology A fixed based Jet simulator with 180 degrees visuals with realistic instruments and overhead panels will be used to demonstrate relevant items taught during the course.
