
About the Course
This course aims to enhance students' proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills for the aviation industry. Participants will develop the ability to handle customer inquiries through verbal interactions, instant messaging, and email correspondence. The course will also cover verbal communication skills for effective collaboration within the airport environment and the use of aviation-specific language in reading manuals and writing reporting forms.
By the end of the course, students will be proficient in essential communication skills for ground operations in aviation. They will handle interactions using key aviation terminology, compose incident and flight reporting forms, and enhance their cultural awareness and customer service communication skills. This will enable them to manage routine tasks and inquiries effectively and independently, solve non-routine issues by collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders in real-world aviation scenarios.
Target Trainee:
-People who wish to pursue employment in aviation or airport employees who wish to enhance their
competitiveness through training on foundation skills in aviation-related English communication.
- HKDSE English Language Level 2 or equivalent prefers
Your Instructor
Aviation Professionals in supervisory level with 10 years of passenger handling experience.
